Extruded Aluminium Roller Shutters

Aluminium and steel shutters available either manual or electrically operated in the following laths: Galvanised, Perforated, Punched, Portcullis, Extruded and Insulated.

Aesthetically, very elegant and housed in small neat hoods – these roller shutters are ideal for the home, office, school, community hall etc. This is ideal security when visibility is required. They come in powder coated in white as standard.

Electrically operated shutters are supplied with either a rocker switch, key switch or remote control handset and a manual over ride if required. Other operating options are available.

Options available

Extruded: A Double skinned aluminium lath which is comparable in strength to steel. ( whereas steel shutters are more cumbersome, require larger housings and are not so pleasing to the eye).

Punched or Perforated: This is single skinned aluminium lath.
Double skinned aluminium foam filled lath (CFC Free) is avaliable in a choice of powder coated finishes.

Curtain

Solid 44mm Extruded Aluminium Double Walled Laths, interlocked with endlocks and an Extruded Section Bottom Rail. This specification is highly recommended due to its aesthetic appearance, strength and advantageous small headbox sizes.

Headbox

205 mm Square Steel Endplates with a 45 degree chamfer to the front edge , enclosed by a Roll Formed Aluminium Cover , supporting a Barrel on which the curtain is attached.
